We provide Notary Services (New South Wales), including the preparation of legal documents, such as a power of attorney, taking affidavits and declarations, certification of original documents, assisting in obtaining Apostilles or Authentications from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and legalisation of documents from embassies or consulates in Australia for use in other countries.

Please contact us first to find out if we can assist you in your individual circumstances. Compliance with the special requirements for Australian university degrees will likely take some time. We charge fees as per the Society of Notaries of New South Wales Recommended Fees Scale.

Please note, we provide Notary Services primarily after hours and at weekends.

We can communicate ( / ) in Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ), Hindi (हिंदी), Russian (Русский) and understand Urdu.

We provide consultancy services in matters from various practice areas requiring voluminous and/or complex clinical information handling.

For example, as a consultant, we can assist in reviewing complex clinical records, selecting an appropriate independent expert, briefing an independent expert and responding to the other side’s communications. In this role, we assist your legal practitioner with our expertise to achieve the best outcomes for you.

We provide legal representation in some Australian jurisdictions and closely work with law firms. We may be able to provide our services on ‘no win no fee’ basis in some matters.

We support social justice and welcome inquiries from the community legal centres. We are a signatory to the National Pro Bono Target.
